Q: Are you affiliated with Hope City Global?Our founder is a member of Hope City Church and a firm supporter of the churches global mission. However, Sanctified Stitches and the initiative are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Hope City Church, Hope City House of Prayer, or Hope City Global. All support is given independently and willingly in alignment with our personal commitment to their mission.

Q: What payment methods do you accept at Sanctifiedstitches?A: At Sanctified Stitches, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Google Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience. Our payment process is facilitated through trusted checkout partners who ensure a secure and seamless transaction experience, providing peace of mind for customers like you. Our commitment to safety and reliability means you can shop our faith-inspired sports apparel with confidence.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?A: Currently, we ship within the United States only, but we're working on expanding to international customers soon!

Q: How long does shipping take?A: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. We work with some of the best fulfillment & shipping partners across the country allowing us to reduce processing and shipping times. When you place your oder, it will be sent to the closest fulfillment partner to your delivery address. Though most shipping is handled through USPS and UPS, we rely on our shipping & fulfillment partners to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, there are some situations that may cause delays that are out of our control.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?A: Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. We do not offer refunds. Please double-check the size guide before placing your order.

Q: What happens if my item is damaged or incorrect?A: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, we want to make it right! We have a simple three-step process. After your package is delivered, you'll receive an email asking about your experience. Here’s how to report a problem: Step 1: Click the button in the email to provide feedback. Step 2: On the feedback page, select "Report a problem." Step 3: Choose the issue from the dropdown, share a brief description, and upload clear photos of the problem. Once submitted, our fulfillment and delivery team will review your request and process a replacement if eligible. Please make sure to complete this within 7 days of delivery.

Q: How do I choose the right size?A: Though, most of our products run true to size, each product includes a sizing guide on the product page. We recommend checking the guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Q: Are your products unisex?A: Yes! Most of our apparel is designed with a unisex fit, making them great for both men and women. However, some of our designs are specifically designed with Men or Women in mind rather than a unisex approach. You can find the various products by browsing All products or by browsing through each of our collections.
